At Snooze Band, we want you to rest easy knowing that if you are not 100% satisfied with your sleep electronics, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Snooze Band and all included charging cables or accessories into the original box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
